(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The sultanate represented by the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) will participate in the 25th Meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Planning and Development of GCC to be held in Doha Qatar on Tuesday.
Talal bin Suleiman al Rahbi deputy secretary general of SCP will head the Omani delegation. The meeting will discuss a number of issues particularly the memorandum of the SCP Secretariat on the establishment of the GCC Research Center for Planning and Development.
A press release stated that the meeting will review the recommendations of the Committee of Undersecretaries of Development and Planning Ministries and Agencies and those of the Population Policy Committee on the follow-up of implementation of the general framework of population strategy.
