(MENAFN) The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA) announced the launching of the construction of a new phase of traffic diversion works, connected to Dubai Water Canal project, Arabian Business reported.
The new phase will cover the building of a new traffic diversion over Al Wasl Road, having the identical number of traffic lanes currently existing in the road. In addition, a new service road over Al Baqqara Road will be built.
'Works are continuing in the construction of the Dubai Water Canal project according to the timetable set, and completion rate in the project has so far touched 33 percent.' CEO of RTA Traffic and Roads Agency said.
