India's Govt launches NITI Aayog website


(MENAFN- KNN India) The beta version of the NITI Aayog website has been launched here today. The government had replaced the Planning Commission with the NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India) on January 1 this year.

Arvind Panagariya, Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog, launched the website here today. The website provides details of the constitution, functions and current activities of the NITI Aayog.

The reports prepared by the institution in its initial stages have also been shared on the website. The website has a unique feature of NITI Blogs, which will incorporate articles, field reports, work in progress, and opinions by NITI officials.

The final website is under construction and will be updated soon.

The launch of the website was also attended by Sindhushree Khullar, CEO, NITI Aayog, and Bibek Debroy and V K Saraswat, Members, NITI Aayog. (KNN Bureau)
