(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The US dollar dropped vis a vis the Kuwaiti dinar trading on Sunday at KD 0.300 but the euro rose to KD 0.344, compared to Thursday's rates, the Central Bank of Kuwait said.
Sterling pound fell to KD 0.473, Swiss franc remained stable trading at KD 0.328, likewise the Japanese yen, at KD 0.002.
Abroad, the USD turned bearish following grim US economic reports downing growth prediction in Q2, 2015, where the greenback continued to be traded at very low levels.
As to the euro, the European currency was under pressure at the week's start due to jitters resulting from prospected Greece's withdrawal from the EU, however reports showed that growth in France and Italy was faster than forecast, thus impacting positively on the Europeans' single currency.
