(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Zulekha Hospital is has launched Cervical Cancer Screening and Prevention Initiative, a new awareness campaign to help reduce the incidence of the disease, focus on prevention through early detection.
The initiative is aimed at educating women about the symptoms, risks and prevention of the second-most common cancer affecting a record number of women worldwide and helping save lives across the UAE.
The initiative was developed by Zulekha Hospital, Dubai First and Sharjah Ladies Club as part of their support for women in the age group of 35-55 years.
