(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar will participate in the World Education Forum 2015 which will be held in Incheon in South Korea tomorrow. Qatar's delegation will be headed by HE Dr Mohamed Abdul Wahed al-Hammadi, Minister of Education and Higher Education, who is also the secretary general of the Supreme Education Council (SEC).
The forum is organised by the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) in co-ordination with the South Korean ministry of education.
