(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GDP rose by 0.4 percent in both the euro area and the EU during the first quarter of 2015, compared with the previous quarter, according to data published Wednesday by Eurostat, the EU statistical office.
Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, GDP rose by 1.0 percent the euro area and by 1.4 percent in the EU in the first quarter of 2015.
During the first quarter of 2015, GDP in the US increased by 0.1 percent compared with the previous quarter, noted Eurostat.
