(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation has arrived here on a mission aimed at holding talks with local officials on boosting mutual cooperation and coordination between Kuwait and Mexico at international quarters.
The Kuwaiti National Assembly's Fourth Friendship Parliamentary Group arrived here, late on Tuesday.
Ambassador Sameeh Johar Hayat, who welcomed the delegation, headed by MP Youssef Al-Zalzalah, indicated that the team's mission would contribute to bolstering Kuwaiti-Mexican relations. He also noted that the delegation would hold meetings with senior government officials, lawmakers and business leaders.
The Kuwaiti and Mexican sides will discuss a draft treaty aimed at boosting mutual cooperation and bilateral relations, as well as holding coordination at international levels.
