(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The EU Wednesday condemned the deadly attack on a bus in Karachi today that killed at least 43 people and wounded more civilians as "a further instance of the scourge of sectarian violence." Catherine Ray, spokesperson for EU High Representative Federica Mogherini, in a statement called on the Pakistani government do its utmost to tackle sectarian violence and bring to justice the perpetrators of these violent and criminal acts.
"There must also be no impunity for these crimes. The rights of all citizens need to be protected, regardless of religion or belief," stressed the statement.
