(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) All ministries, public departments and institutions will observe a holiday on Monday, May 25, on the occasion of the Independence Day, according to a communiqué issued by Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour.
The Kingdom won its full independence on May 25, 1946 following the end of the British mandate.
