(MENAFN) Jordan's Eastern Amman industrial area's exports reached USD192.6 million in the first four months of the year, marking a decent increase by 15 percent, Jordan News Agency reported.
The foodstuff industry enjoyed the highest percentage rate among the area's exportations. However, a report issued by the Industrial Association compared exports to the USD167.1 million made in the corresponding period 2014.
The foodstuff, agricultural and livestock industries enjoyed the utmost growth in exports, reaching USD75.06 million for the period, against USD32.57 million recorded in the same period last year, the report showed.
