Kuwait- Travel Bans Lift Eyed To Aid In Deportations


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Cabinet is discussing a report submitted by some ministers to activate law for deporting residency law violators who are convicted and banned from traveling, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily quoting reliable sources indicated the report aims to resolve cases involving residency law violators who are banned from leaving the country.

It also aspires to rectify some laws applied in this domain and to expedite the mechanism of issuing final verdicts to pave way for the deportation of residency law violators who have been convicted and lift travel ban against them.

Meanwhile, Cabinet agreed on a three-month grace period for the Minister of Information, State Minister for Youth Affairs to conclude a study on privatizing sports clubs.
