7th Jordan AFAQ Economic Forum opens in Amman tomorrow


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The 7th Jordan AFAQ Economic Forum will be held in Amman on Tuesday with the participation of economic and financial experts as well as companies from 10 nations, including Arab countries.

The conference, which will be opened on behalf of the prime minister by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Maha Ali, will discuss challenges facing investors in the region, which is witnessing conflicts and instability, in addition to challenges faced by Arab businesses and the trade sector as well as obstacles affecting Arab investment exchange opportunities.

Other topics under discussion will include obstacles that hamper Arab trade as well as investment in the Arab tourism, media, and real estate sectors.

General Manager at AFAQ GROUP Khaldoun Nusair said the two-day conference, which is held for the 7th time in Jordan, reflects confidence in the national economy, noting that it will provide an opportunity to the public and private sectors to meet and set up economic partnerships.
