Jordan participates in Malaysia cultural festival 2015

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Jordan's ambassador to Malaysia, Maher Lukasha, joined Jordanian students in Malaysia in participating in Limkokwing University's annual Cultural Festival.

The festival is run and managed by the international student ambassadors of Limkokwing University, coming from over 150 countries.

The festival is a platform for students to represent their countries through performances and in exhibition booths. It included a one-of-a kind bazaar that transports guests to a unique cross cultural experience through various traditional cuisines and beautiful handicrafts from across the world. The booths also serve as an educational insight with interactive and fun activities enabling guests and students to participate in cultural exchanges.

This year's celebration is held under the theme "A World Without Borders" that is set to bring together cultures from throughout the world under one roof to promote international learning, solidarity and cooperation.

Throughout the years, Limkokwing University and its students have contributed to various charities. The Heal the World initiative sent aid in support of countries, such as Palestine, the Philippines, Pakistan and Haiti. The initiative was also adopted by UNICEF.
