(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The Palestinian Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC) Saturday denounced an Israeli naval attack on Palestinian fishermen off the coast of Gaza.
The UAWC statement said that Israeli naval gunboats, late Friday, opened fire on Gazan fishing boats near Sudaniyah shore, which resulted in the injury of two fishermen who were treated at a nearby hospital.
The Israeli attack also damaged boats and nets used by Palestinian fishermen, the statement added.
