(MENAFN) German auto manufacturer Audi AG announced logging a continuous sales growth in April, following the best first-quarter results in its history, Xinhua reported.
A total of 152,850 automobiles were delivered to customers last month, representing an annual increase of 2.5 percent, according to an official announcement.
Audi sold 178,612 cars so far this year in China, 5.2 percent more than the same period of 2014. In April alone, 45,296 sales were delivered to Chinese customers, up 0.2 percent on-year.
"Audi remains on course and posted a solid sales performance in April. Despite the upcoming generation changes in key model families and sales markets," board member for sales and marketing said.
