JAKARTA May 8 2015--- Three securities companies PT Danareksa (Persero) PT Mandiri Sekuritas and PT Bahana Securities are appointed as underwriters for rights issue by PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk.
Minister of SOE Rini Soemarno said the rights issue would be in September 2015. “The leading underwriter is Danareksa” she said in her office Thursday (5/7).
Danareksa is a state company while Mandiri Sekuritas and Bahan Sekuritas belong to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero).
The right issue seeking around IDR5.39 trillion proceeds will be carried out following the state capital participation worth IDR3.5 trillion given to Antam. It is to avoid dilution of government’s shares.
Previously President Director of Aneka Tambang Tedy Badrujaman told members of Commission VI House of Representatives that the price of share in the rights issue will reach IDR800/share.
However the management clarifies the price estimation.
“It is actually only an estimation to predict the amount of shares to offer and it does not reflect the actual price” stated the management in an official statement. Read more..
