(MENAFN) Qatar Airways is set to record less-than-expected results due to the holds of delivering planes for the state-owned flag carrier of Qatar, Chief Executive said, Gulf News reported.
The aircrafts were to be delivered by Airbus, the aircraft manufacturing division of Airbus Group and based in France. As a result of the delay, Qatar Airways performance didn't match up to the expectations.
"Our performance was not what we expected due to the delay of the four A380s," the Chief Executive of Qatar Airways said at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai.
