(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Wednesday received visiting Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and his accompanying delegation.

They had friendly talks that reflected the depth of brotherly ties between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, and keenness on promoting and developing them for the common interest of both sides within the framework of historical Gulf countries, and on fulfilling the expectations and hopes of their people. They also reviewed inter-GCC cooperation and common Gulf action.

The meeting was attended by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and several senior state officials.
