Retaj signs contract to manage hotel


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Retaj Hotels and Hospitality Company has signed an operations contract to manage the 250-apartment Retaj Inn Marina hotel at The Pearl-Qatar.

Retaj vice-chairman and managing director Mohamed bin Jauhar al-Mohamed and owner of the hotel Ali al-Malki were present on the occasion.

"Retaj Hotels and Hospitality is planning to open five new hotels with a capacity of 1,200 rooms during the current year," Jauhar al-Mohamed announced.

He also revealed that Retaj will sign contacts in the near future to operate hotels in different countries. The company, which owns and operates eight luxury hotels in Asia, Africa and Europe, has an identity inspired by Islamic rules, customs and traditions.

"Retaj Hotels and Hospitality started its activities 10 years ago, adding huge achievements locally, regionally and globally," the official pointed out.

Al-Malki was of the view that Retaj Inn Marina hotel would be a favourite destination for tourists, expatriates, businessmen and residents who want to spend their weekend in a luxurious environment.
