Kulluna promotes healthy living


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Hamad International Training Center's (HITC) 'Kulluna' initiative is taking part in Project Qatar to promote and educate residents and visitors about the importance of healthy living. A five-year health and wellness campaign, Kulluna is one of the exhibitors showcasing their services at their stands at the event held at the Qatar National Convention Center.

The Kulluna stands are promoting two of its successful campaigns, the Healthy Heart and Beat the Heat campaigns.

Sponsored by ConocoPhillips, the campaign provides relevant information to visitors about the importance of keeping themselves fit and hydrated as poor nutrition and health can lead to an increase risk of developing heat-related illnesses.

"Health awareness is an important element of our work at Kulluna and it is essential that we reach out to as many people as we can to promote and encourage healthy lifestyles," HITC director and Kulluna chairman Dr Khalid Abdulnoor Saifeldeen said.
