(MENAFN) Limitless, Dubai's real estate developer, secured the green light for undertaking his USD550 million joint venture, dubbed Halong Star project and located in Vietnam, Gulf News reported.
The project includes a master plan and the construction drawings associated with it. Limitless got the approval from the Province of Quang Ninh on a plot of 200 hectare.
"Approval of our revised master plan is a major step forward for this project, and we look forward to beginning construction later this year," the Chairman of Limitless said.
