(MENAFN- Gulf Times) A common toll-free number will become operational for taxi customers in Qatar a few days from now, an official of Mowasalat's Taxi Management Office told Gulf Times yesterday. "With the launch of a common toll-free number, hiring of taxis will be much easier," the official stated.
The unified call centre of Mowasalat is already functioning with different call free numbers for each of the four franchisees and Mowasalat's own Karwa taxis. At least two of the franchisees are currently using the same toll free number now, it is understood.
