Kuwait, Slovenia to solidify economic ties


(MENAFN) The Republic of Slovenia and the State of Kuwait are considering reviving their economic relations, which goes back to the 1970s, especially in health and tourism sectors, Kuwait News Agency reported.

In 2013 alone, a mere 1,000 Kuwaiti tourists went to Slovenia, and the number witnessed a further decrease in 2014, according to the First Secretary and Deputy Chief of Slovenian Mission to Cairo.

The Secretary said that she wants to encourage Kuwaiti personals to visit Slovenia, highlighting some special and typical characteristics of her country like the geographical location set in the heart and soul of Europe.

The Secretary also emphasized her country's huge interest in Kuwaiti project and investments, especially in the health sector.
