Canada's Lax Kw'alaams offers USD1.1b for LNG terminal

(MENAFN) Canada's First Nations group Lax Kw'alaams is set to offer USD1.1 billion to its members in order to get their approval to build a liquefied natural gas terminal within their terrains, The Globe and Mail reported.

The terminal will support the province in offering about 3,600 employment opportunities and is considered one of the most compelling and effective investments throughout its established community.

Presently, the province sets in dire needs for boosting its liquefied natural gas industry in order to meet its vows and promises of 2013's election campaign.
