Hearing adjourned in murder case

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Court of Appeal has adjourned hearing in an appeal of three Indian expatriates sentenced to death earlier on being convicted of murder, local Arabic daily Arrayah reported.

The court had sentenced the three construction workers to death by firing squad after they were convicted of the murder of an 82-year-old Qatari woman at her home.

The crime took place in 2011 when the accused broke into her house to attempt a robbery and killed her when she got in the way.
