(MENAFN- QNA) The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics, in collaboration with the Arab Planning Institute, on Sunday will organize a workshop entitled "Services of Arab Planning Institute and its Developmental Role" in the context of enhancement and support of development planning in Qatar.
The main topic of the workshop is the improvement of development planning in various agencies in Qatar.
HE Dr. Saleh bin Mohammed Al Nabit, minister of development planning and statistics and Arab Planning Institute board member, will open the workshop, which will be attended by Arab Planning Institute Director General Dr. Bader Othman Malallah and representatives of government agencies concerned with planning in Qatar.
During the workshop, participants from state agencies will recognize how to develop the processes of planning, development, and quality. They will also be briefed on the services of the Arab Planning Institute, the methods of promoting the progress of development planning in Qatar, and deepening the concepts related to strategies and plans, particularly those related to important focus points in strategies and development plans; such as building human capacity and using research and consultancy activities to overcome development obstacles.
