(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Modern Oman Bakery famed for its breads puffs croissants muffins pastries and sandwiches has opened yet another flagship outlet in Al Khuwayr; this time focusing mainly on custom made cakes pre-ordered cakes and pastries.
The new outlet has opened its doors to patrons carrying a new brand image and logo. This launch will provide the company with an important presence within the city. The outlet houses a large open kitchen and finishing area giving a panoramic experience to patrons inside the bakery.
Branded as 'Celebration Cakes' the new outlet is aesthetically designed with a show cabinet right at the entrance featuring stylised wedding cakes adding elegance than the other bakeries located in and around Oman. From the decor to the colour scheme to the way the cakes are displayed the store looks gourmet with certain elegance and also inviting at the same time.
As with all bakeries in the chain all products sold in and from Celebration Cakes will be baked and decorated on site by a team of resident expert bakers.
Suresh Kumar general manager said 'With the launch of 'Celebration Cakes' we will have presence in key trade locations stretching all the way to Salalah. Currently our bakery in Ruwi takes a huge amount of business from the city.
'By opening this new outlet we will be placing a bakery at the heart of another key residential area.'
Kumar continued 'We have witnessed a huge demand for cakes from our outlets over the years and hence we decided to open an outlet with a format focusing mainly on cakes. We use the highest quality cream sponge and chocolate imported from Europe and US making sure that we deliver superior quality and customised designs. Along with a big open kitchen we also have in store production to ensure freshness and quality of our products.
He added 'The opening of Celebration Cakes marks the start of a determined expansion programme. Since opening our first outlet almost thirty years ago we've learnt a lot and now believe we have a model that works and that can be replicated into multiple locations.
'The simplicity in the design and recipe for our cakes make them one of the best around town.'
With a huge retail space of almost 230sq m the new outlet is set to offer patrons an experience quite different and unique. With seating areas within the bakery patrons can relax over a cup of coffee and order their quick bites.
