(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Oman LNG on Sunday delivered 1007 assistive equipment to the Oman Association for Disabled as part of an agreement signed last year.
The ceremony was attended by Khalfan bin Harib al Jabri director general of planning and studies in the Ministry of Social Development Khalid al Massan chief external affairs officer Oman LNG and Yahya bin Abdullah al Amri president of the Oman Association for Disabled a press release said.
Equipment worth RO250000 comprising wheelchairs electric beds and hearing aids will be handed over to the handicapped across Oman. The press release stated that Oman LNG as part of its social investment programme has supported NGOs providing care for the disabled including the Al Wafa Social Centre and the Al Noor Association for the Blind.
