Dubai World Trade Centres FB brands to be reved

Dubai — Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has appointed Retail Access to develop culinary concepts for their in-house managed dining destinations.

Four new brands will be revamped by Retail Access which has been appointed for the strategic master planning and development of F&B brands that will feature along the concourse and inside the exhibition halls.

Hugo Van Der Schaegh general manager for consultancy and design at Retail Access said: “DWTC is consistently assessing its service to ensure it can surprise visitors with an unparalleled experience.”

“This includes reviewing its portfolio of dining options against international trends and tastes. We are honoured to be handed responsibility for the research through to the design architecture and implementation of culinary concepts created in partnership with DWTC.”

Retail Access has also been given responsibility for F&B consultancy charged with developing the menu in partnership with the chefs of the DWTC and planning the kitchen fit-outs and staff training once interior design is complete.
