(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday held a telephone conversation with Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir.
The Emir congratulated Bashir on his re-election as president. The Emir wished President Bashir success and the Sudanese people further prosperity.
President Bashir thanked the Emir and praised ties between Qatar and Sudan.
