Turkish Pres. arrives in Kuwait


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, his spouse Emine Erdogan and an official delegation accompanying him arrived in Kuwait on Monday for a two-day visit for summit talks with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Erdogan was received at the airport by His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim, Deputy head of National Guards Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

The Turkish leader was also received by Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Amiri Diwan Minister Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah, Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, senior state officials and commanders of the Army, Police and National Guard.

The mission of honor accompanying Erdogan is headed by Amiri Diwan Advisor Dr. Yusuf Hamad Al-Ibrahim.

Erdogan is accompanied by Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci and Defense Minister Ismet Yilmaz.
