(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Ooredoo yesterday launched a new offer for all Hala India Key customers, with call rates decreased to 10dhs per minute.
The new Hala India Key offer, which is available for one month, has been launched to help the large Indian expatriate community stay connected with friends and family in the region.
Ooredoo is anticipating strong demand for the offer as India is currently the highest called international country by Ooredoo customers in Qatar.
The promotion, which runs until May 22, will decrease calling rates to India for all new and existing Hala India Key customers to 10dhs per minute, saving customers nearly 50% on the current rate of 19dhs per minute during the period.
To take advantage of this low rate, Hala customers need to subscribe to the India Key by sending the SMS 'IND' to 121. The subscription will cost QR1 per week and the key will be automatically renewed so that customers can continue to enjoy the benefits of subsidised international calling rates to the country.
For reduced call rates to other countries, prepaid and postpaid customers can also subscribe to the Hala International Saver Key and Shahry Saver Key.
