(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Mashreq has won the Gallup Great Workplace Award 2015. This is the second year in succession that Mashreq received this award. Similar to 2014, Mashreq remains the only financial services institution in the Middle East to receive this accolade.
Mashreq posted a 13 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit in the first quarter of 2015 to Dh651 million.
Mashreq's CEO, AbdulAziz Al Ghurair, said: "Mashreq has always strived to deliver a world-class service - so in a people business like banking, to be named as a world-class employer is incredible. The Gallup Great Workplace Award was created to recognise excellent companies for extraordinary ability to create an engaged workplace culture.
