All six Dubai trekkers located in Nepal, are fine

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) A brief phone call from the six missing trekking young men in Nepal, brought relief to their families in Dubai and put all the anxieties to rest.

Three of them managed a brief phone call to three contacts of theirs and told them to please spread the word and tell six families. One called a contact in Nepal, one rung an uncle in India. The important fact is: they're okay. They're at Bahara base, and the families have finally been put out of their anxiety.

On Sunday, a phone call made to the resort was answered by an employee, who said: yes, the boys are fine, they are trekking. On Monday, another employee answered the phone and said, yes, they are fine, they have gone to the next village.

One friend of the six boys, Thabit, who couldn't get leave to go on the trek, apparently received a call on Monday from someone in Nepal saying "Nihad said to tell you we're fine." He then passed on the hopeful bit of news to the families.
