Abu Dhabi firm, Serbia sign deal for waterside development project


(MENAFN) An Abu Dhabi company signed a deal with the government of Serbia to build a Dubai-style waterside development project in Belgrade, Gulf Times reported.

The venue is going to be worth billions of dollars, with actual figures remaining yet undisclosed for the deal that marks the two countries latest cooperation under Vucic.

Eagle Hills, the European developer for the venue, allocated a total sum of USD3 billion to construct a glass forest of hotels, workplace buildings and apartments for 14,000 people.

The agreement entails that Serbia must pay USD326.17 million to cover up all the infrastructure work for the venue.
