Expat jailed for attempting to steal in Qatar
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) A Pakistani man was sentenced to two months in jail followed by deportation by a Doha criminal court for a theft attempt, local Arabic daily Arrayah reported yesterday.He was arrested while trying to steal a bag full of cash from a vehicle when its owner had left a door open for a few minutes. However, the owner of the vehicle spotted the accused trying to steal the bag and immediately called the police, the daily added.
