(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Under the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has instructed that urgent humanitarian assistance be delivered to the population affected by the powerful quake, which struck Nepal today.
Preliminary estimates showed that more than 1,130 people had been killed by the devastating quake.
