MANADO— North Sulawesi exported 6500 ton crude coconut oil (CCO) to United States at the third week of April 2015.
“The export of 6500 ton of CCO to United States could generate US$6.68 million” said Head of North Sulawesi Industry and Trade Agency Jenny Karouw in Manado Thursday (4/23/2015).
She said that quite large amount of CCO export to US meaning that the product of the province was highly desirable
“It’s not easy to penetrate the United States market there are a lot of special requirements should be fulfilled. However the high demand from the developed country proves that the flagship of North Sulawesi is ready for the challenge in the world market” he explained.
Export realization of the derivative product is increasingly strengthening the existence of flagship product. Read more..
