Arab ambassadors praise Crown Prince's chairing of Security Council session


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Arab ambassadors to the United Nations (UN) General Assembly said that chairing of the Security Council session on Thursday by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II to discuss the "Role of youth in countering violent extremism and promoting peace", reflects the keenness of His Majesty the King on Arab issues as well as his role in serving these issues.

The ambassadors' remarks came at a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh at the UN Security Council yesterday.

Judeh affirmed Jordan's commitment to continue coordination with their Arab brethren to serve the interests of the Arab nation.

The minister answered questions and comments raised by the Arab ambassadors that focused on the situation in the region and the role of His Majesty in addressing these issues.
