(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The maximum temperature may reach 44 degrees Celsius Thursday and Friday over the central and western parts of Qatar, the Met office has warned.
In Doha, the maximum expected temperature is between 38 and 42C. There is a warning of strong northwesterly wind from Friday evening with low visibility due to dust and high waves at offshore.
The wind speed will range between 18 and 28 knots, but could reach 40 knots at times, and sea height between nine and 13ft. The visibility may decrease to 2km or less at places.
