(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Advisory Council's Financial and Economic Affairs Committee met yesterday. The meeting was chaired by its rapporteur Mohamed Ajaj al-Kubaisi.
The committee completed study of a draft law on the issuance of a law regulating tenders in the presence of adviser at the Ministry of Finance Mohamed Abdul Karim al- Mir, Director of the Procurement Department at the Ministry of Finance Abdulaziz Zaid al-Talib and Legal Adviser at the Ministry Dr Sami Salama Nu'man who explained the views of the Ministry of Finance on the draft law and responded to related enquiries by the committee's members.
The committee decided to submit its report on the draft law to the Advisory Council.
