Pregnant lady 'pushed' Peeping Toms nabbed


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Pregnant lady 'pushed': The Jahra police are looking for two unidentified persons for assaulting a pregnant expatriate woman because she refused to have fun with them reports Al-Rai daily. A security source said two expatriate women were on their way home when the duo riding in a car with a GCC number slowed down their vehicle and offered money to have fun with them. The victim's friend called her husband and the pregnant woman reportedly took a picture of the car's plate number with her cell phone. The infuriated men got out of the car assaulted the pregnant woman pushed her to the ground and drove off. The friend then called the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. A police force dispatched to the area rushed the woman to the area hospital and her condition is believed to be critical. The friend has also given police the car plate number of the suspects.

Savings ... all gone!: A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Fahaheel Police Station accusing two people from his tribe of swindling him reports Al-Anba daily. Peeping Toms nabbed: The Jahra police have arrested several teenagers for harassing female students of a school and peeping at them through holes they have punched in the school gate reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added these suspects took advantage of the mid-day break and the absence of the guard who normally mans the main gate. The daily quoting sources said the teenagers even tried to break through the main gate of the school. The daily added when the school authorities informed the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior police intensified their presence and arrested the teenagers and referred them to Juvenile Prosecution.

Woman shown gun: A 25-year-old Jordanian woman has filed a complaint with the Adan Police Station accusing three people riding in two cars of breaking the windscreen of her car and pointing a gun at her reports Al-Rai daily. The young woman who looked hysterical told police she was driving along the Fahaheel Motorway when the main culprit forced her to pull over and smashed the windscreen with stone. The other two then stopped by her car and one of them pointed a gun at her and then drove off. The complainant has provided police the car plate number of the suspects' cars.
