(MENAFN) Dutco Balfour Beatty, the joint venture between Dubai's Dutco and UK Balfour Beatty, has won a USD408 million contract to construct the new mixed use development at Dubai Creek, Arabian Business reported.
The development project will be alongside 670 meters of creek land and is set to contain numerous hotels, markets, restaurants, food & beverage units, shops and marina amenities.
Additionally, the contract includes the building of a new Fashion Avenue that will be located between the Dubai Mall and the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
