Over 10,100 consumers to visit in North India Solar Summit


(MENAFN- KNN India) More than 10,000 consumers from various business sectors and potential buyers are visiting industry's most comprehensive exhibition and conference, North India Solar Summit to be held from April 24 to 26 in Lucknow.

The objective of the summit is to promote solar energy globally and to give open access on the various aspects of solar energy. The mission is to support the proliferation of solar products and to create awareness among the consumers about the solar power.

The second edition of NISS organised by the apex association of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and Indian Industries Association (IIA) is a platform where solar professionals will convene to stay up to date on the solar trends, government policies and the state of the industry.

Exhibitors in the event are manufacturers, distributors, agents and suppliers of various items like PV cells and modules, PV balance of systems (BOS), PV components, tracking and mounting systems, PV applications, PV manufacturing equipment, materials and components, PV materials and components, research and development, ST solar thermal technologies, ST manufacturing machinery and equipment, ST applications and other services such as consulting and engineering.

NISS is platform for the Industry leaders to source the products, technologies, and solutions needed to meet the demand created by the Jawaharlal National Solar Mission, and the state solar policies and opportunities arising from Renewable Energy Certification and Renewable Purchase Obligations.
