Cell Aquaculture completes acquisition of Haikou Project to change name

Cell Aquaculture (ASX:CAQ) has completed the acquisition of the Haikou Project within the Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone in China.

The company will be changing its name to CAQ Holdings Limited and will be reinstated under its current ASX code “CAQ”.

It is currently finalising all outstanding ASX conditions for reinstatement and will update the market once a reinstatement date has been confirmed.


Haikou Project

The Haikou Project is located within the Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone the fourth free trade zone approved in China and the first that allows tourist tour programs.
   
The project has over 80000 square metres of commercial space to lease out.

It also plans to work with the Hainan free trade zone management authorities and Hainan’s Tourism Bureau to hold exhibitions and trade shows to ensure a steady stream of visitors to the Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone.
