Sohar Islamic offers free service at OmanNet ATMs


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) In its pursuit to providing convenience to customers Sohar Islamic - Bank Sohar's Islamic banking window provides its customers with free of charge withdrawals through over 1000 Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within the OmanNet platform spread across the sultanate.

As with Bank Sohar Sohar Islamic offers its customers the convenience of accessing their accounts 24/7 and benefit from services such as cash withdrawals balance inquiries mini-statement and fund transfer facilities at any OmanNet ATM free of charge. These facilities can also be accessed in participating GCC countries through the GCC Net Switch.

Internally Sohar Islamic has four dedicated ATMs at each of its four branches in Muscat (Ghubra) Sohar (Falaj al Qabail) Nizwa (Firq) and Salalah (Saada). These select ATM machines perform a dual function: dispense cash as well as serve as a Cash Deposit Machine (CDM); offering Sohar Islamic customers the advantage of all standard ATM services in addition to a cash deposit facility as an additional value-added service. Using this facility customers can deposit their cash 24/7 without having the need to visit the branch during operating hours.

Sohar Islamic customers can also take advantage of Bank Sohar's extensive network of 51 ATMs across the sultanate. The Bank's ATMs at Buraimi Shinas and Wajajah border even operate with the 'Dirhams Dispensing' facility.
