(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Philippines and the United States began one of their largest joint military training exercises in years Monday, dpa reported.
The annual exercise is twice the size of last year's war games, with 6,600 US soldiers, 5,000 Filipino troops, 89 aircraft and four ships participating.
The activities are being carried out in the provinces of Zambales and Palawan.
