(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation and Development (MICAD) has commended the launch of the official website of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, saying the move will show the remarkable achievements of Emirati women.
In a statement, Sheikha Lubna said the website, "Mother of the Nation", in Arabic and English, will also promote the noble values and principles upheld by Sheikha Fatima and is part of her continuous communication with all members of the society.
She added that the new website provides an opportunity for all people in the UAE and beyond to learn about the achievements of the UAE women and the remarkable role that Sheikha Fatima played in advancing the stature of Emirati women at all circles.
Sheikha Lubna added that Sheikha Fatima who is close to all people is interested in conveying her experiences and he noble principles she upholds for the advancement and empowerment of Emirati and Arab women.
