Saudi King meets Blair


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud met visiting Middle East Peace Quartet Envoy Tony Blair and his accompanying delegation here on Sunday.

During the meeting, they discussed the Quartet's efforts to achieve just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East region, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The meeting was attended by Crown Prince and Deputy Premier Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah, and Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban.

Blair is here as part of a regional tour that has already taken him to Bahrain, Egypt and Palestine, aiming to push forward ongoing regional and international efforts to achieve just peace.
